With a focus on personal service, we believe in helping clients to express themselves and tell their own authentic personal story through their clothing and working with the customer to find an outfit that they love, look great in and can wear comfortably.

Under her eponymous label, designer and owner Diane Burkhardt and our committed team exclusive to The Cupboard devotedly create unique, elegant and contemporary garments and innovative designs that rouse an international following spanning Australia, Europe, America and as far a field as Japan. Proudly inspired, designed and made in New Zealand, we offer original designer women’s clothing that is fresh, innovative and ideal for easy everyday wearing, seamlessly complemented by exclusive designer labels and designer fashion accessories from Australia, Europe and all around the world. 

The best quality imported fabrics and craftsmanship are imperative to our garments, and we have a strong focus on using natural and organic fibres and fabric combinations that are easy care and long lasting.
